Marta's new work continues her exploration into mixed media collages. She's also back to canvas, producing a series of 10" x 10" work, 9 of which were shown at Vesuvio Cafe in a solo show in the spring of 2023. No matter what medium Marta chooses to work in she still retains the core influences seen in her other paintings: bright colors, images from her childhood, the spirit worlds of both Buddhism and the ancient Maya, and just plain whimsy.
